A major question that I need to answer in this paper is how can legalizing marijuana in N.Y.S. will be an economic benefit. So after discussing it with Mr. Ford. I have concluded that like anything else legal these products are taxed by the government. This is one of the many economic benefit of legalizing marijuana.

In order to argue wheter marijuana should be legazlized in NYS. I need to first ask myself theses questions:
1) Is marijuana determiental to society?
2) What is the medical cost for marijuana users?
3) What are the current political views on marijuana?
